STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of all products (“Products”) supplied by Waxen. By placing an order with Waxen, the customer (“Buyer”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

“Seller”: Waxen, its affiliates, and authorized representatives.

“Buyer”: The individual, company, or entity purchasing Products from Waxen.

“Products”: All goods sold by Waxen, including health, beauty, alkaline products & others.

2. Orders & Acceptance

2.1 All orders are subject to acceptance by the Seller.

2.2 The Seller reserves the right to reject any order without obligation to provide reasons.

2.3 An order is considered accepted only when confirmed in writing or upon dispatch of Products.

3. Prices & Payment

3.1 Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and may include or exclude GST, as stated.

3.2 The Seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice before order confirmation.

3.3 Payment must be made in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.4 Accepted payment methods include [UPI, NEFT, Credit/Debit Cards, etc.].

4. Delivery & Risk

4.1 Delivery dates are estimates only; the Seller shall not be liable for delays beyond its control.

4.2 Risk in the Products passes to the Buyer upon delivery to the specified address or carrier.

4.3 Any damage or shortage must be reported in writing within 24 hours of delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 Returns are accepted only in accordance with the Seller’s Return Policy.

5.2 Health, beauty, and consumable products cannot be returned once opened, unless defective.

5.3 Approved refunds will be processed within [5] working days via the original payment method.

6. Product Use & Warranty

6.1 Products should be used strictly as per the instructions provided.

6.2 The Seller disclaims liability for misuse, allergic reactions, or results differing from expectations.

6.3 No warranty is provided except as required by applicable Indian laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Seller shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7.2 The Seller’s maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the Products in question.

8. Force Majeure

The Seller shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City, State].
